These terms apply to memberships in the Yukon Fish and Game Association (“YFGA”, “we”, “us”) purchased or renewed through www.yukonfga.ca or through our office.
We offer annual Single, Family and Corporate memberships, and a one-time Lifetime membership. Current pricing is shown on the Become a Member page. A Family membership covers the account holder and the household and family members listed on the account.
Annual memberships renew automatically each year on your renewal date, and the payment card you provided is charged the then-current membership price. You will receive an emailed receipt for every charge. If a renewal payment fails, our payment processor will retry it and email you; your membership lapses if payment cannot be collected.
You can turn off automatic renewal at any time from your member dashboard using the Manage Billing button, or by contacting our office. Cancelling stops future renewals — your membership and benefits continue until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Membership fees are non-refundable, except where required by law. Cancelling does not refund the current membership period.
Online payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details. Members may also pay by cash or cheque at our office — memberships paid this way are renewed through the office rather than automatically.
Please keep your email address and contact details up to date — receipts and membership notices are sent to the address on file. Memberships are personal to the member (and, for Family memberships, the listed family members) and are not transferable.
We may update these terms or membership pricing from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page; price changes apply from your next renewal.
